MrFluffyFriend™Reviews of mrfluffyfriend.com

For some strange reason my phone will change the last number of my address after I check and submit the information. I let Mr.Fluffy know. I don’t know if they were able to do anything about it, because the beds were on their way to me, but I was glad they responded to me and the beds got here with no problem. I also goofed and didn’t order the correct size beds, because I thought they would be bigger, but so it goes. I just put both of the beds next to each other and put a blanket over them. My dog plays with the beds but doesn’t lay in them too often, so I don’t know that they are very calming to her, but she did lie in them when I put them next to me while I was working on something.

The web site was very easy to place an order. The order was delivered when expected and was exactly as advertised.

Although this item took a long time for delivery (bad weather in the Midwest), the customer service department was helpful and kind. The bed is a little small for our size dogs, especially being a large, our dogs will lie on it occasionally.

Everything turned out exactly as promised thank you very much and the bed is exactly as described. Thank you very much.

My dog took to this bed from the moment I unpacked it. She jumped in straight away, I didn't even have time to put it in the lounge where her old bed was. I kept the old bed just in case and put it alongside MrFluffyFriend but she doesn't want to know it anymore! Very pleased with my purchase and have ordered another one for the bedroom.

Continuation from this earlier review - “Product is nothing like pics in ads. I have seen thicker bath mats. Requested return last week. Still no response. Don’tbuy it.” Finally got a response to return request - they want it shipped back to China — at YOUR EXPENSE. Their return policy says they will reimburse you, but package must arrive within 30 days of original (much delayed) receipt. The return docs also say they will not reimburse you. Again - don’t buy it. Total rip off!!

The packagings…

Poor communication, and slow delivery, no tracking. Suggest you start providing a phone contact. Your reviews are very bad for the above reasons, they would improve if you if you improve you communication.
