Loved the product but waited over a month, it was delivered to wrong location, and my emails had gone unanswered when I reached out to the merchant to alert them of my correct mailing address.
Loved the product itself but the service needs to improve. Order was delivered to wrong delivery location. I emailed MrFluffyFriend the day I ordered to alert them they had my previous address on the order form and I gave them the correct address. I never received a reply from them. I repeated sent out email messages in hopes of getting them to acknowledge my emails and again no luck. It was eventually shipped to my previous address a month after I ordered the product. Luckily I received an alert through USPS Delivery that the package had been delivered to my old address. I had to drive to my previous address and akwardly I had to face the current family living at my previous address and explain to them my package had been mailed to their location in error. Luckily they understood and gave me the package.
