Mr Fluffy falsely advertised a 28” dog bed and when it arrived it was just 25” which was too short for my pup. When I requested a refund the customer service department wouldn’t reveal the warehouse locations to send the bed back and instead sent a second bed of the same size. Now I have two useless products and the customer service folks have stopped responding to emails, which is the only way to communicate with the company. I just want my purchase price returned. I fear this is a bait and switch outfit from overseas and I would warn consumers to get this exact bed elsewhere. When I attempted to sell the bed on Facebook marketplace I found that there were several others who had the exact same experience.

Snow storms delayed the package arriving when expected, but once they were able to dig out, the product was on its way and arrived within the new time frame. Our dogs love to burrow into it. Very soft and the blue is a nice color.

My Yellow Lab, Addie, absolutely loves her Fluffy bed. She drags it around the house and places it where she wants to take a nap. Thanks for a great product.

I ordered one of these beds for our new little girl and she loves it. However she has already dug a hole in the bottom which I am going to have to stitch up but otherwise it is great.

Its constructed well and my dog loves it.. decent price, over all very pleased...

Took a few weeks for delivery… after unpacking the bed it had a horrible odor and emailed company and was told to air out outside but of course weather conditions don’t always permit that.. so… In the process of that my house had a foul smell, but got that taken care in a few days.. for 68.00 dollars for XL BED it’s medium size and nothing to it. I’m certainly disappointed. Pups on occasion sleep on it,not sure about the anxiety or anxiousness cure they seem the same in or out of the bed.🙃

You sent the wrongsize. I have a 10 Lb dog, and have purchased many things from him online.... and NONE of them were ever EXTRA. SMALL. I have sent you 5 notes, and asked for a return authoriZation, and have heard nothing, but you are 'thinking' about what to do about this.... I want to return it...plain and simple. I can't use it.
