Ordered two identical pillows, and when they arrived, One was normal size and the other miniature. Both had an odor. I was going to donate them but quality poor and odor was awful. I tossed them. I was concerned that this was a Chinese company when they arrived and wanted to return. I was correct. To return, I had to mail to China. They agreed to a 30% refund. However, the refund was only 20%.

There was a good selection of sizes and colors available to choose from. The weight reference to each size bed was very helpful. The turnaround time from ordering and the time it takes to get your bed is only a few days.

The picture does not match the product that arrived. Little to no padding, cheaply designed, fabric had a tear in the back. Poor, poor quality. Would never buy again.

The doggy bed is far superior to any I purchased in the past. I have one dog (Morkie) and have three beds in different rooms. It warms my heart to see her all comfy and peaceful in each bed. Past beds were hardly used but these are her favorite go to.

I bought a bed for my dog. She died very suddenly before “Mr Fluffy” arrived so I gave it to my grand dog who loves it. Ordered a small one that has not yet arrived. It will be for the puppy I will be getting in April. I am sure it will help the new family member to feel welcome and cozy.

I bought one fluffy bed for my Bichon Frisée I ordered a small ( my dog weighs 16lbs ) and it was great. The circular sides stayed up for him to feel secure. I then ordered another one for the family. This one was much bigger and the sides collapse. It’s just a flat rug now. I’m very disappointed in the bed for him in the family room.

The first bed I ordered was very nice. This second one isn’t “Fluffy” at all. The sides don’t stand up and the middle doesn’t seem to have enough filling in it. And of course, the fact that tracking is impossible!!

Our puppies love the beds. They all fight for them, even the cats. Good bed and so cozy for them.
