They sent me the wrong size and color two times. I am sitting here with two beige, Small Mcfluffy friend. I have tried to contact them to tell them I want my money back and to get rid of these two beds. They have failed to contact me and have failed to act. Therefore, I feel they are in bad faith. I have given you two chances. All I want is an apricot 24 inch fluffy friend. Is that too much to ask? Are you that bad of a company that you don’t help anything? I don’t want another beige small bed from you I never did and I got it twice. I requested 24 inch apricot two times, two times. I got 16 inch beige. What the hell is wrong with you people? I have $100 worth of beds and nothing what I asked for. Are you insane?

Ordered for Christmas....did not arrive, nor notification of delay....so ordered 2nd time in anticipation of receiving post Christmas....now I have received 2 Mr Fluffy Beds. And when to return for refund for unneeded 2nd Mr. Fluffy Bed...I am told to ship back to CHINA at a cost of $83.00, when the return label of the one I received was from a JANE in New Jersey, USA.....complete hoax....

I took the advise and gave the bed a second chance. I kept fluffy it to make it bigger and it is still to small for my dog. Also, my cat will not have anything to do with the bed. I give up.

Your anti anxiety pillow are crap and WAY to expensive for the lack of quality received. From the pictures on your website the pillows look full, and firm. The pictures are misleading. I will NEVER buy a product from your comopany and have had the opportunity to lets other know what junk you sell.

Waren von der gelieferten Ware enttäuscht und haben die Frma per Mail angeschrieben , da wir von unserem Rückgaberecht gebrauch machen wollten .Erst nach der 3. Mail bekamen wir eine Antwort . Wir sollten einen Rabatt von 10% bekommen. Da die Qualität des Hundebettes miserabel ist bestanden wir auf eine Rückgabe. Wieder Funkstille. Nach Tagen bekamen wir dann eine Antwort mit einem Rücksendeetikett für China . Rücksendekosten ca 45 Euro. Versendet aus Deutschland Rücksendung nach China. Was für ein Geschäftsgebahren . Teo Lingen würde sagen . Traurig, Traurig, Traurig. Werde bei dieser Firma nie wieder bestellen, denn verarschen kann ich mich alleine.

My dogs love their new beds. They sleep soundly all night long and love to bury their noses in the soft shag. A win for sure!
