Hi Maxine, Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad to hear our customer service was responsive this time around. We understand the bed feels much larger than your previous 3XL. However, we can confirm that, per your request, we sent a 3XL, as you had specifically mentioned that you have a big chocolate Lab and wanted that size.

Hi Ineke, We're sorry for the misunderstanding. Orders are indeed processed for dispatch within 24 hours, which is why we let customers know they're being prepared and sent quickly. However, the estimated transit time is separate and is clearly stated in the order confirmation email. We appreciate your feedback, as it highlights that we can do a better job of making the distinction between dispatch time and delivery time even clearer.
