My adored golden retriever has an…
My adored golden retriever has an extremely difficult time in heat and or humidity but at the same time is not a fan of anything bulky under his paws or body. Enter MrfluffyFriend....the cooling mat par excellence! It is thin and soft and keeps my sweetest boy cool and comfortable. What joy to see him lying restfully without panting.

They stayed on top of my order
They stayed on top of my order. They messed up on the first one, but they fixed the solution. I still ended up getting the wrong size but overall experience with these guys they are amazing.

Ordine effettuato quasi un mese fa e…
Ordine effettuato quasi un mese fa e ancora non arrivato. Non si capisce con chi sia stato spedito, la spedizione risulta ferma da giorni e non c’è una data stimata di arrivo. Ho scritto al servizio clienti e non mi rispondono e non fanno nessuna ricerca per capire dove sia il pacco. Anche nell’ordine precedente avevo aspettato quasi un mese per riceverlo ma stavolta ancora peggio, non capisco nemmeno se mai arriverà. Non comprate da loro.

had a little problem
had a little problem with first bed and a puppy. I wrote to make suggestions about avoiding issue and was sent a redesigned replacement bed. The dog loves it!!

Human Grade
I had accidentally ordered 2 beds, and your team was quick to react to the message I sent, requesting the 2nd one be removed from order. That was really nice. The bed is great. My boy now visits it a couple of times a day. I like to rest on it too.

Dikke ellendige firma
Dikke ellendige firma. Product komt totaal niet overeen met wat ze vertellen op hun site. Hondenkussen gekocht die dus helemaal geen ondersteuning geeft. Wat mijn hond van 12 wel nodig is. Vervolgens heel veel mail contact gehad met de firma alles klopt volgens hun prima. Retour kan kost je zelf even rond de 50 euro wat zij niet gaan betalen. Uiteindelijk tot het laatste moment gewacht met factuur betalen in de hoop dat er wat geregeld ging worden. Om problemen te voorkomen betaald en je hoort nooit weer wat. Het is de grootste oplichters bende met Chinese bende wat ze je verkopen voor de hoofdprijs. Mensen trap hier niet in je word echt opgelicht

Misperceived
I thought at first the quality wasn't so great, being I can see the threading, but as it grew, it got better and my dogs absolutely love it
