Hi Anna, Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so pleased to hear that our customer support team was able to assist you and that your dog took to the cooling mat straight away. It's great to know it's helping during the warm weather. Our cooling mat works by dissipating heat from your dog's body, providing a comfortable cooling effect without the use of gel or chemicals. Thank you for your recommendation and for sharing your experience!
