Eventually received the bed, was a waste of time and money max. Their pictures advertising these beds are false, they are not as padded and bulky as the photos seem, I wouldn’t waste my time. Been trying to get another brand for months that I have had before with superior quality at the same price but there’s no stock. I am frustrated at this bed and utter disappointed, I wouldn’t waste your money if I were you.

Update I would like to add that they have refunded me and apologised for the delay in getting back to me. I would like to therefore thank them for their response. I have changed my star rating to reflect this. I would say you do need a larger bed to the one suggested.
Wow I should have read these reviews before ordering. Ordered the largest size and the stitching was already broken and the stuffing was coming out. Our retriever/Labrador dog wouldn’t fit on it anyhow. I sent photos as requested showing the damage then was asked for a photo of the care label!!! And the packaging which was so poor it disintegrated when we opened the package. They now say that they are looking into my request! Why as it is faulty and not fit for purpose and I am entitled to a refund! Still waiting for the details on where to return the item so I can get my refund. If anyone else can help then please let me know. Kind regards Michelle

Die Anzeige bei der Polizei wurde bei Paypal eingereicht und liegt dort seit gestern vor, das kann ihr Unternehmen ja dort einsehen.
Ich hoffe das jeder zur Polizei geht und die Sachverhalte zur Anzeige bringt.
Wenn es ginge, dann null Sterne.
Augen auf und wachsam sein.
Internet-Watch.at (genaue Schreibweise wichtig) und bei Verbraucherschutz.de
werden die Machenschaften des Unternehmens genau erklärt.
Auch arbeitet das Unternehmen „nicht“ mit dem WWF zusammen, wie sich herausstellte. Ich habe beim WWF angerufen…..
Es wird aber dick damit geworben, da wird sich WWF sicherlich dann direkt drum kümmern.
Ich wurde schriftlich aufgefordert meinen gemeldeten Fall bei Paypal zu löschen, damit ich mein Geld zurück erhalte. Nein, da kümmert sich Paypal und die Polizei drum, gestern Anzeihe erstattet.
Das Unternehmen sitzt in den Niederlanden, Logistiker Equick für Überseefracht (China)
Bestellungen liegen Karten bei, wenn man gut bewertet, dann kann man seine Sendung gewinnen…..
Was für ein Modell:
Rücksendekosten von gut 50€
Dann werden Angebote gemacht, 15% Nachlass oder 30% Nachlass.
Ware fehlt, ist beschädigt und wer genau hinschaut, das Ding ist dünner als ein guter Badvorleger.
Das Unternehmen wie Paypal und Klarna noch mit denen Arbeiten, gaukelt lediglich Vertrauen in hisieges Recht und Zuverlässigkeit vor!

Ich habe das Hundebett nach ca 2 Wochen…
Ich habe das Hundebett nach ca 2 Wochen bekommen, weil ich meiner 11 jährigen Hündin etwas bequemes bieten wollte. Leider ist es sehr rutschig und der Hund geht nicht drauf. Habe die Rücksendung beantragt, jetzt soll es nach China zurück geschickt werden. Die Kosten hierfür betragen ca 50 Euro. Im Netz präsentiert sich die FA aus junges Start Up Unternehmen und suggeriert sich als deutsche Firma.Aus China hätte ich gar nichts bestellt. Mir wird hier eine 15% Erstattung angeboten, aber was soll ich mit dem Teil? Ich kann wegen diesem Geschäftsgebaren nur von der Firma abraten

Very pleased
As with the previous review it took a while to come not sure but I think it came from abroad so understandable.
I had barely got it out of the vac pack bag and my greyhound was on it and loves it to bits probably will have to wash it often as he likes to take his treats on it and hide them under the rim and he loves to curl up on it or lay on his back with his legs up in the air , for me I am pleased that I got this when it was on a half price offer and when my sister in law saw it I had to order one for her pup and so much ll happy with bed

Delivered ahead of schedule!
The fluffy friend bed was delivered before estimated timeframe. It fluffed up nice after taking out of the package and was very soft! Our picky 13 year old pup loves it!

My dog loves his fluffy bed
My dog loves his fluffy bed, and any other dog that comes to visit, also loves it! I have purchased two extras so that when family dogs stay with us, there are enough to go around! I especially like that they are machine washable, and fluff back up like new!
Website was easy to use, and although it took a few days to arrive, it was worth the wait.
Photo shows a puppy I had over for a home-stay - you can’t get much more relaxed than that!
