BEDS ARRIVED IN A TIMELY FASHION
BEDS ARRIVED IN A TIMELY FASHION, WELL PACKED WITH AIR REMOVED. OUR DOGS ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM-I HAD TO PUT A LEAD ON HOLLY TO GET HER TO LEAVE HERS. A GREAT SUCCESS, THANKYOU

Satisfied customer
I ordered and received a medium dog bed which was too small for my Working Cocker Spaniel. I emailed the company and received a prompt reply from them. I was able to keep the bed and offered 30% off a larger one which I accepted. It took quite sometime for delivery but I had been advised that there was a delay at the time of ordering. The small bed I have donated to an animal shelter. Overall, I am very happy with the company.

Thank you for choosing MrFluffyFriend™, Sheila! We're delighted to hear your positive feedback and appreciate your understanding regarding the delivery delay. It's heartwarming to know that you generously donated the small bed to an animal shelter. We're here to ensure your furry friend's comfort, and we hope the larger bed brings joy to your working Cocker Spaniel. If you ever need assistance again, don't hesitate to reach out. Terrible customer services..
Terrible customer services.. I have sent numerous emails over the past two weeks regarding the bed that I brought which unfortunately is too small for my dog. I have only received automated reply emails, dismissing my request for a refund. There is no one to talk to. I am still waiting for someone to answer my emails. Totally unacceptable Customer Services..

The Anxiety Relieving Pet Bed is incredible. Soft yet very strong (our dog enjoys biting it) and easy to carry (we bring it in our travels) it is simply great. Our dog loves to lie on it either to play or simply rest.
