AVIOD THIS COMPANY
AVIOD THIS COMPANY. Do not be fooled by the professional looking website. This is where the professionalism ends. They will not let you cancel the order once they have your money. The dog beds are poor quality and the sizes do not match the description. They are not a UK based company. When requesting to return the cheap beds they will provide you with an address in China despite the return address on the shipping label being a UK warehouse.

Doggie loves it
Beautiful bed. My border collie loved it and jumped in immediately, but it was too small. (I should have measured it prior. They did not list my dog's breed so that was my fault. I should have measured.) Last night was the first night he did not sleep in my bed, so I consider this a win-win for both of us.

What a shocking over rated product
What a shocking over rated product. Ordered 2 of the recommended sizes for my cockerpoo’s and both ends of them hang over the edges🤨. Should have read these reviews prior to ordering and will certainly continue to chase for a refund once they reply to my recent complaint. As for offering a 30% discount for a larger size is an insult! Saw the same size beds in Lidl’s today for £12.99😡

The product arrived only just within…
The product arrived only just within the 21 days although I did think I was going to need to call in 2 days to ask where it had got to. The royal mail link on the original email did not work but that was like that when I first received the email and there no updates to say when my purchase was going to arrive. I would also say I think the product seems over priced for what you actually get. Saying that It seems to be well made and the dog seems to like it so that's a plus
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Dec 10, 2023
