Hi Mike and Doreen, Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear that the ordering process was easy and that the bed matched your expectations. Some dogs need a little extra time to warm up to a new bed, especially if they're used to their current sleeping spot. You could try placing it where your dog already likes to rest, adding a favorite blanket or toy with a familiar scent, or offering a few treats and gentle praise when they show interest. With a little patience, many dogs come to love their new bed in their own time. We hope your furry friend will soon decide it's the perfect place for a cozy nap! 🐾
