I got my cockapoo this bed it was fine at first but the stuffing in the middle of the bed as broken down. He would not stay in it through the night. He would get on our bed that's something he never did. I,ve just open the bed up and all the stuffing was in bits . I,ve just restuff it with a new pillow and he got in it and went to sleep.

Lovely bed, very thick and comfortable. My Labrador took to it straight away. Perfect size it does exactly what it said it would

Le seul moyen de communiquer semble être Trustpilot où l’entreprise s’empresse de répondre pour soigner son image. En attendant, que faire de ces paniers mous et dont la qualité me semble médiocre et obtenir un remboursement intégral ? Message initial : Comment être constructif quand cette entreprise visiblement se moque de vous en vous ignorant ? J’explique : Mon mail du 28 décembre pour demande de remboursement ainsi que les 2 précédents sans compter les 3 formulaires de contact sont restés sans réponse. Je précise que j’ai vérifié ma boîte mail de réception ainsi que les spams chaque jour depuis. J’ai demandé alors à mr fluffyfriend de m’indiquer la démarche à suivre pour renvoyer les deux paniers qui ne me conviennent pas (déçue par la qualité). Aucune information n’est stipulée sur leur site sur ce sujet mis à part une adresse mail ou un formulaire de contact. J’ai adressé la demande de remboursement par ces deux biais a plusieurs reprises, la dernière en date du 28 décembre et j’ai bien précisé le numéro de commande : #123130242. Les articles ont été commandés le 2 décembre et reçus le 23 décembre. J’ai demandé le remboursement intégral soit 123,10€. Aucune réponse, cette entreprise ne respecte pas ses engagements. J’alerte les consommateurs potentiels du risque qu’ils prennent en commandant sur ce site. Pour ma part j’en suis à devoir me tourner vers la société de défense des consommateurs : quelle perte de temps ! F. Lafarge.

It took over two weeks to receive first off it never made in time for Christmas. Then the size does not fit my dog. I went by their site for size. Now I have been waiting for over a week to get return information they emailed me and said they attached the information, LIAR I respond to emails and it takes days to get a response. Warning they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.

Cooper loves his fluffy pillow. He actually sleeps through most of the night as where before he would move from one side of our bed to the other. I move it to rhe living room while I'm working throughout the day from home and he juat chills on it. I think he feels safe and cozy , so glad we bought this for him.

Very unhappy. I ordered the large in apricot. The large is not large, it’s actually between a small and a medium. On top of that, it’s not thick and nice like it looks online. I’m very sorry I bought it and will give it away.

Our dog bed is great!! Our dogs love it, we have a Golden Retriever and a German Shepard, they both take turns laying in it. The Retriever likes to sleep in it at night. Our friend has one for her tiny Yorkie and he absolutely loves it and looks absolutely adorable in it!!

Betrügerische Webseite... Ja, es werden Tier-Betten versendet. Die Qualität ist miserabel, wirklich! Dann der Versuch des Rücktritts. Den akzeptieren "Sie", aber erwarten das die Rücksendung nach China erfolgt. Deutsche Webseite, niederländische Firma, Versand ab Hamburg. Nun-, China war da überraschend. Das ist dann der Beginn des gut durchgeplanten Scams... 30 Tage Frist. Ich versuchte mich zu beschweren und einen Versand nach EU zu erreichen. Keine Chance, es werden jeweils höhere Rabatte für den Müll angeboten (den ihr bei Temu für unter 10 € kaufen könnt-, mit geregelten Retouren...). Beschwerde bei Paypal. Die machen nichts, der Fall fällt aus den Routinen für den Käuferschutz... Wie dem auch sei. Verlust auf ganzer Linie. Shops die so operieren (sind keine Shops, sind eher "Start-Ups" (LOL) von moralisch verdorbenen Jünglingen) die diese Masche iwo im Web gelernt haben. Nun denn, meine Grüße gehen in die Niederlande nach Schoonrewoerd. Ich hoffe ihr hattet ein schönes Weihnachtsfest...
