2/15/24 I compliment the company on their communication. After the review on Trustpilot, someone contacted me and offered an additional 10% refund (total of 25%), plus I could keep the dog bed. Still, after buying their product for $66.00 I would be out $50 with nothing to show, unless I donated it for a tax write off. I'm giving it to my grandkids as a cushion, and not taking up the offer on the $16.50 refund. 1/31/24 As soon as I saw it came internationally, I knew I'd lose out. The bed recommendation was sizes too small and the material exceptionately flimsy and thin; polyester batting was leaking out! I reached out to try to exchange based on the ill-recommended size, and save some of the money I'd wasted. The reply, although quite pleasant, would cost me even more, with a mere 15% refund and a 30% discount on their largest size (for my 45 lb Springer Spaniel). To return for the full refund (my dog never touched it) would cost international shipping, something not revealed on the order form. I hope I can save at least one person from making the mistake I made.
