Hi Maria, We understand that the dog sofa did not meet your expectations initially, and we’re sorry for the disappointment. This can sometimes be the initial impression when the sofa is first unpacked, as the components require proper setup and fluffing to reach their intended shape and comfort. We have helpful instructions on our Manuals page that guide you through the process. We’ll also reach out to you by email to provide further assistance and make sure you have everything you need to set up the sofa properly.
