This bed is not at all as advertised
This bed is not at all as advertised. The bed I received had so little fluff to it, that my dog laid mostly on the floor. When I reached out to customer service they said I needed to pay for my own return shipping. I would not recommend this company.

This company is a total scam.The product is cheap and it's impossible to return for a refund

Senior pittie approved
My 13 y.o. pittie has bad arthritis in his back legs and knees. It took roughly 30 seconds on his new bed and he was out for nearly three hours. He hasn't been able to stay in one position for that long in years. Wish I would have found this years ago, for his sake as well as for my bank account! Worth every penny.

How can you consciously sell such a…
Edited after receiving your response. I already gave it the timeframe you recommended to “bulk up” and it makes absolutely no difference. I am returning it today for a full refund. So don’t blame this on me not “giving it time”. If I gave this months, it will never “bulk up”. How can you consciously sell such a crappy product? This is awful! There is no supporting cushions and you are doing false advertising! I wouldn’t even leave this bed outside for a stray animal to lay on! I better get a full refund on this product!

The cooling pads are a hit!
This was my second order. I ordered the cooling pads one in an extra large and one in an extra small. The little guy is too big for the little one, and immediately claimed the big one that is actually for our big girl, Millie. So, I rushed right in here and ordered a large one for the little guy, and hopefully it will be here this week, so they will both be happy. After the little guy, Little Bit, goes to bed, then Millie hangs out on her big one and there she is for the rest of the night. They will both be happy soon, Susan

My dog loved his fluffy sofa
My dog loved his fluffy sofa! He sleeps on it quite often, and he sleeps so good. Although the pillow it came with is to small. It looked bigger in the advertisement.

Great customer service !
Not only were the beds amazing but the customer service is so fast and amazing as well! I changed my mind on an order and the team was so fast to reply and add on another bed for me! I am so happy for their products and services!! Thank you so much team!!
