Dear Susan, Thank you immensely for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that Mo is enjoying her new round anxiety bed, and we appreciate your kind words about the quality and service you received. Your feedback truly means a lot to us. We completely understand your concern about the cover not being removable on the anxiety bed, and we appreciate your understanding regarding this feature. It's wonderful to know that you're considering ordering the orthopedic pillow next, and we're confident Mo will love it just as much. Thank you again for choosing MrFluffyFriend™ for Mo's comfort needs, and for sharing your experience with others. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or if there's anything else we can assist you with. Warm regards, Sarah Team MrFluffyFriend™
