My Buddy loves it.
I would have given it five stars if both my dogs loved it but only one dog will sleep in it. I bought two because the first one I bought was too small for my medium sized dog, a border collie mix, but I still use it for upstairs and the smaller dog, a beagle mix, uses it. I definitely would upsize from their size chart.
I am adding another star because I think their customer service is great and I did not include that in the first review. When shipping was a little slow they responded to me right away and in this review they're taking into consideration changing their size chart. I think they do an excellent job of caring for their customers both human and furry friends! Thank you Mr Fluffy Friend for your care!

Horrible Quality and customer service
First the quality was absolutely terrible, very flimsy and cheap., save yourself money by going to TJM or any other discount stores and find the same exact bed as these made in China for 70% less! I did the match.
Secondly, it took 5 weeks to arrive! I had cancelled my order and it still arrived, when I tried to return it they would not return my money only store credit.
This kind of customer service and quality made items should not have any good reviews or sales.
They misrepresent all the way around.

Not as good as I hoped
I was not as excited about this bed once it arrived. While it’s extremely soft and furry, there’s no real support at the bottom and not enough padding. I had to get a more sturdy, thick based bed and use this one as a topper. My dog likes to sleep in it now on occasion but he still prefers his old, more sturdy and supportive bed.

Weder die Qualität, noch die Farbe entspricht der angepriesenen Ware auf der Website. Für den Rückversand wird eine Adresse in China angegeben, der Versand soll unbedingt mit Sendungsverfolgung stattfinden (>45 EUR!). Bei der Bestellung wird einem ein Anbieter in Deutschland vorgegaukelt. Hier macht einer mit Versand von Billigware aus China ein Riesengewinn. Danke, toller "Dropshipping" Trend. Was für ein Reinfall.

The bed is so soft
The bed is so soft. Color is accurate and sizing is accurate. I just wish there was one large enough to be my bed!
