Ordered the lime green XXL to see how my 7 GSP would think. Received it today and my 14 year old GSP crawled in it and hasn’t moved. 😘 I would say 5 star rating! Now I will have to order more.

DO NOT BUY!!!
Do not buy a bed from this company!!! If you have any issues and need to return it based on their satisfaction guaranteed policy they publish on their website, it will cost you more to ship it back to China than the bed itself. Nowhere on their website do they state that and your shipment arrives with a return address in NJ. How companies like this are allowed to remain in business is borderline criminal. They first offered me at 15% discount if I kept it (BTW-I never opened the bed, still in original packaging) and then once I emailed them complaining about the $96 it would cost to return it, they have now offered a 25% refund. They do not stand by their satisfaction guarantee. I will not stop posting negative reviews anywhere and everywhere I can, which is exactly what I told them I would do.

Dear Yolanda, We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. It's disappointing to learn that our satisfaction guarantee didn't meet your expectations. We understand the frustration you're feeling. Rest assured, we're committed to resolving this matter for you. Our team will reach out via email promptly to assist further and find a solution that works best for you. Your feedback is valuable, and we genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding. Sincerely, Sarah Team MrFluffyFriend™
