Their anti-anxiety bed appears to be made out of quality materials and is very soft. However, I purchased an XXL and my four month old puppy almost fill it. The bed is nowhere near as fluffy as it appears in on their website. The directions that came with the bed said, the bed need to sit for 15 minutes to fluff out due to the way it is packaged. Once i fallowed the internal instructions and I was not seeing a noticeable improvement I contacted the company. They said it needs to sit for at least 24 hours before use. I waited an additional week before allowing my dog to use it, and I didn’t see any difference from the first 15 minutes out of the packaging. When washing the bed, make sure that you follow their directions. It is very easy to ruin. The anti slip doesn’t work very well on wood floors. My dog does seem to enjoy it though.
