“why I love my McFuffy pillow” barks Mocha, a 7 pound Chihuahua.
The products are of good quality. The advertisements describe the products accurately, the turn about time from the order placement to its delivery is quick. “I just love my fluffy McFluffy pillow” barks Mocha.

I ordered the small fluffy mat for my dog. It's thinner than I thought it would be and I would not buy again as I think it is overpriced for what it is.

When I had questions about time of delivery, customer service responded ASAP. They were fabulous. PLUS...when we received our Fluffy bed, my girls were happy, but I WAS ECSTATIC that you could just throw it in the wash without unzipping and re-stuffing things. LOVE THIS BED!
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Sep 9, 2024

We're absolutely buzzing with joy to hear that you're all loving it, and your enthusiasm is totally infectious! 🐶💖🛌

Borders on fraud-- lumpy, flat, my dogs avoid them!!!
Horrible-- understaffed and lumpy-- no support at all !!! I had to "place" my dogs on the beds as the did not like them. They both lasted less than three minutes and refuse to go back. They are horrible and uncomfortable for my pets! I will be contacting the company for refund-- again, these are horrible! I will be contacting the company for a refund and notifying PayPal of fraudulent advertising! These are certainly not was was described--oh, and they smell!!! Okay, they did refund me 25%--which means I did pay about $128 for two beds that are virtually worthless. AVOID this product!

Super comfy!
Shipping was very quick except the mailman delivered it to the wrong house. Mr. Fluffy Friend gave me some suggestions on how to recover the bed from the wrong house and I had it the next day. As soon as the cat bed arrived my cat made biscuits and fell right asleep. This was one of the few businesses that actually makes a bed big enough for a Maine Coon. She loves it!
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Sep 8, 2024
Yay, thank you so much for the fantastic review, Brad! It really warms our hearts to know that your adorable Maine Coon is loving her new bed and settled in so quickly. And we're super relieved that our advice came in handy during the delivery kerfuffle - we're always here to help! Your kind words truly mean the world to us, and we're over the moon that our bed is the purr-fect fit for your fluffy pal. If you ever find yourself in need of anything else, please, don't think twice about getting in touch. We're just a message away! Take care, and here's to many more cozy moments with your furry buddy!
