The first bed I purchased was beautiful…
The first bed I purchased was beautiful and my Chocolate Lab loved it so I purchased another bed. Same exact bed. When I received it I realized that it was different than the first one. It was flatter and not as cushioned and full as the first one that I bought.

The dog bed never arrived
The dog bed never arrived, although the USPS said it had been delivered. The company refuses to provide a refund. Also, they have ads all over the Internet saying LAST DAY TO GET UP TO 60% OFF, which I fell for, and are still running two weeks later. Blatantly false advertising.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Sep 27, 2024
Hey Tandra, I really appreciate you letting us know about the trouble you're having. It looks like we've already sent you an email with some clear steps to take to sort out your delivery problem. Could you give those a go and see if they help? If you're still stuck, just shoot us another email and we'll be happy to lend a hand.

My dogs love these beds
My dogs love these beds. I have bought one for our cat as well. Beds arrive within a reasonable time. I had a concern that one bed (I had ordered 2) had been overlooked and was not shipped. I reached out to company via email. I received a reply to my email next day and situation was explained to me. I had mistakenly thought the bed was not shipped. Second bed arrived shortly after. I am always afraid I am going to cut into the bed when cutting away the tightly wrapped and taped packing; however, that has never happened so far and I have bought and opened 3 beds now.

Hi Christina, Wow, thanks a bunch for the amazing feedback! We're absolutely overjoyed to know that your pups and kitty are cozying up in their new beds. 🐶🐱 We're so relieved we were able to sort out the shipping sitch for you, and it's fantastic that all the beds got to you safe and sound. I totally get the apprehension about opening those snug packaging, but it's super that you had a smooth experience with it. If anything else pops up, or if you've got any questions at all, just give us a shout. We're always here to help. And thank you so much for giving us a try - it really means a lot!

The Worst Company For Pet Supplies I Have Ever Dealt With
This is the worst company for pets I have ever dealt with! I bought an anti-anxiety bed size "medium" for a 17 lb mini-schnauzer. My dog's head and paws hang over the sides--it is tiny! I tried to exchange it or buy a new larger bed. They don't do exchanges, gave me a discount for another large bed and had USPS deliver it August 16th. I was never notified about the delivery and never received the bed. Since I wasn't notified of the delivery date, it must have been stolen from the front of my house. I went through a lot of work with the post office--filing missing mail reports, finding out the results of the reports, etc., but it was never found. So now I am without the bed plus the money I spent on it. Their customer service is the worst! They do not have a phone number & no one to talk to--only emails--the same email every time. I would DEFINITELY AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, 3 emails with no reply. Product ordered on Sept 10. ( today is Sept 19) and no reply, no product and zero satisfaction.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Sep 20, 2024
Hey Paul, We apologize for the trouble you're facing. That's gotta be super annoying, and I really feel for you. It looks like one of our customer care folks is already on the case, helping you out. There's a chance our emails might have taken a detour into your spam or junk mail. Could you do me a favor and quickly glance through those folders? Sometimes emails get a bit lost and end up there by mistake, even when they're important. Thanks so much for bearing with us, and we're doing our best to sort this out for you as quickly as we can.

Good quality
I bought the anxiety bed for my grand furbabies. My daughter’s dog Pennie’s anxiety bed was worn out. Wasn’t sure if she would take to the new one. My daughter said as soon as they opened it Pennie jumped in and loved it. I ordered the large thinking Blondie my other grand dog would fit too but not big enough so I just ordered another one for her. Waiting for delivery. Customer service was good immediate response to my concern that I hadn’t received it after a week and a half. They assured me it was on its way and I did receive it.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Sep 20, 2024
Hey Lorna, Oh my goodness, thank you so much for your fantastic review! We're absolutely over the moon to hear that Pennie is loving her new cozy anxiety bed. And it's just the cherry on top to know that our customer service team could help you out quickly. 🐶 It totally makes my day to find out you've decided to get another bed for sweet Blondie. I've got my fingers crossed she'll adore it just like Pennie does. If there's anything at all you need, or if any questions pop up, don't hesitate to give us a shout. Seriously, thank you again for picking MrFluffyFriend™!
