Zoey loves her new bed. She has 4 beds, so we weren't sure she was going to take to it right away. We put it in the main part of the house, near her favorite bed, and within 2-3 hours she was sleeping on it. She still uses her old bed - probably because that is where she is fed her evening treat. We are going to switch MrFuffyFriend to the spot on the floor where her previously favorite bed was, and she if she still uses her old bed.

My 2 cats love it when they get chance to lie on it. It has totally the opposite affect to its purpose on my 3 1/2yr old pup. She pulls it round the house, shakes it, turns it upside down - even with the cats on it. Even after a long walk that usually completely wears her out she will go straight to the bed and start her antics allover again. She was more than full of energy before getting the bed but now she is just HYPER! It has been this way since day one

Don't waste your time or money on this piece of junk. It's nowhere near to the item shown in the ads. I asked for a return, and they said I could get one, but I had to send it back to China which would cost double the price I paid for the "bed". I absolutely would advise everyone to pass by this scam.

This company is a rip off I'm 72 years old and their information states you can return their product in 30 days. I received their order on November 1 2024. I contacted them asking to return their product November 2nd 2024. They require it to be returned directly to China which would cost 70.00 for 49.00 purchase and refund not guaranteed. buyer be ware.

Ein Stern ist für diese betrügerische Firma noch zuviel. Sie täuscht vor, eine deutsche Firma zu sein. Und dann bestellt man in dem Glauben, das es sich um eine seriöse Firma handelt. Falsch gedacht. Billigware, aus China völlig überteuert. Und wenn man es zurückschicken will, dann heißt es, ich solle es nach China zurückschicken!!!!Auf eigene Kosten!!😡😡😡Bei Temu um 80% günstiger und die Rücksendung ist nie ein Problem und meistens kostenlos...Ich habe es verweigert und sie boten 30% Preisnachlass an. Aber auch dann ist die schlechte Qualität noch zu teuer. Nun habe ich Klarna eingeschaltet und bin gespannt, was noch kommt. Ich kann nur sagen, Finger weg von dieser Firma!!!

The beds are not quality. They have no phone number or address on website. I'm trying to return 2 beds. They only email me wanting to know why the reason for returns. I'm still waiting for their response, again.... Cheryl Haight

First of all it took over 2 weeks to get the bed and when it arrived it was not as near as fluffy as shown in the pictures. My dog wouldn't even lay on it she just walked by it and sniffed it. Then I requested return information which I had to do several times before someone responded. Now I am faced with the choice of sending it back because you have to send it to China, how awkward and costly is that? Their policy states you will also be refunded the shipping costs, so now I have to decide if I want to throw more money down the drain for shipping it back only for them to deny the return. What a JOKE this is.There should be a return site here in the states, China, how ridiculous is that? I am sure they hope that you will just keep it to avoid shipping it back and they win! I suggest you stay as far away from this company as possible. Amazon has similar products that you will probably receive within 2 days and can easily return if not satisfied.
