I ordered a dog bed Dec 15,2024
I ordered a dog bed Dec 15,2024. It is now Jan 6, 2025 and I have not received the dog bed nor have I heard from the company as to where it is at. I have sent numerous emails asking about my order. The only thing I know is that the post office is waiting for item. I understand it was during the holidays but this has been an awful experience with this company

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Shipping updates are fraudulent. Customer service responses are misleading. Product never delivered, stay far away!,

Disappointed
My bed has not been shipped yet so I can't leave a review. I keep getting the same answer that it's a busy time of year. I'm getting everything else I've ordered. I ordered Dec 15th and it's now Jan 6th.

You don’t deserve any stars! I never received my order but yet you managed to charge my credit card. Bad business!!!

Did receive item a little late
After receiving the item item i found it to be very soft and comfy looking. My dog loves it and is usually asleep in just a few minutes of laying in it. It did arrive much laer than i expected, however it was the holiday busy season.
