Hoi DJ, Ik vind het echt vervelend om te horen dat het bed niet werkte voor je hond, en ik begrijp helemaal hoe frustrerend dat moet zijn. We willen niets liever dan dat jij en je huisdier blij zijn met je aankoop. We streven ernaar om elke klant tevreden te stellen, en het spijt me echt dat je problemen hebt gehad met het ontvangen van het antwoord dat je nodig hebt met betrekking tot het retourproces. Ons team verwerkt momenteel een groter aantal e-mails dan normaal, wat heeft geleid tot enige vertraging in de reacties. Dat gezegd hebbende, wil ik je geruststellen dat het teamlid dat je helpt binnenkort contact met je opneemt om je te begeleiden bij de retourstappen, omdat we ervoor willen zorgen dat je volledig tevreden bent met je ervaring.
