My previous purchase of My Fluffy Friend dog bed was perfect. We’ve had it for a few years. Our pup, Hamilton, is persnickety. At times he can be snappy. He is much calmer when he spends time in his bed. The bed in our den is one of his favorite places. Recently he has been sleeping in it at night, actually instead of in our bed. We spend a lot of time in the den, and he is right there with us every time. I recently purchased a My Fluffy Friend cat bed for my daughter and her family’s very special Siberian kitten. It’s his Christmas present, and it will definitely be worthy of this gorgeous cat.

I tried multiple times to communicate with your company about the large sofa bed I got for my dog that arrived with a broken zipper on the cover (no zipper pull). I just need a new light grey cover. No results. I gave up.

Toen ik bij MrFluffyfriend een aankoop deed ging ik er geheel en al van uit dat ik een bestelling had gedaan bij een Nederlands bedrijf. Er staat immers niet voor niets: MrFluffyfriend Nederland. Nu komt de aap uit de mouw en kan ik voor een retourzending naar China €32,50 betalen voor een mand waar jullie €55,00 voor vragen. Dit accepteer ik absoluut niet. Mijn verzoek is dan ook om mij van een Nederlands/Europees retouradres te voorzien, zodat ik het product terug kan sturen met redelijke verzendkosten. Jullie hebben immers ook magazijnen in Europa. De betaling via Klarna is door mij stopgezet. Ik ga niet betalen voor een product dat niet bevalt en wens het dan ook niet te houden maar verwacht van uw bedrijf een correcte afhandeling van dit probleem. Een terugbetaling van 15% te weten een bedrag van € 8,25 is dat in mijn ogen absoluut niet!

Very very poor quality, I orderd what I thought was a orthopedic dog bed for my 15 year old boy ,it's so thin I wouldn't use it as didnt want his joints on the floor ! Appalling quality for £63.00 ! I thought I was purchasing from a UK company very clever misleading website please do not make my mistake now I can not send back as going to cost me £45 as the company is based in China! , cheap crap which you can buy better quality from you local market . Avoid at all cost !! As for your reply you could quite easily avoid all this negative feedback by offering customers a quality product not crap & being very transparent in you are based in China for your 30 day money back guarantee!! Then having the audacity to offer me 30% refund equating to £ 18.90 !!

I don’t understand why Mr. fluffy friend doesn’t get five stars from everyone. Our experience has been excellent. We have three Mr. fluffy friends now. We bought our first when she was a puppy. We bought our second when she was six months old. And we bought our third now that she is five. Our dog, Cami loves them.
