HAPPY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!
When I first ordered Mr Fluffy Friend, it got returned by my Post Office. I notified the vendor after many weeks of wondering what happened, and they couldn't have been nicer. They sent me out another bed, and I followed the instructions for letting it air out, etc. I then waited to see if my dog would voluntarily lay in it. She still had her old bed, so she didn't. I waited another day or two, then switched out her new bed for the old one. She is happily enjoying her new Mr Fluffy bed, and though it's still too early to tell, I'm hoping I will notice a calmer, less anxious doggy soon. To be fair, she is part Jack Russell terrier, so that might be hoping for too much! This company was a joy to deal with, making a potential unsatisfactory situation into a happy ending! opinia
nie kupujcie nic z tej firmy towar jest bardzo niskiej jakość typowa chińszczyzna . Zwrotów praktycznie nie ma każą odsyłać towar bezpośrednio do Chin co generuje duże koszty i nie wiadomo czy zwrócą pieniądze, nasze zamówienie wylądowało w śmietniku bałbym sie połozyć psa na tych odpadach nie polecam

Abzocke Qualität mangelhaft
Nach knapp einem Jahr ist das Ding durchgelegen. Wollte im Rahmen einer gross angepriesenen Aktion trotzdem ein neues Teil kaufen, weil mein Hund gerne darauf( nicht darin ist la durchgelegen und flach) liegt. Dann die Ernüchterung: Nicht gerade fein ihre Bauernfängerei Methoden . Für 149€ in den Warenkorb legen und dann 209.-Sfr einkassieren wollen was sage und schreibe 229.13€ entspricht. Das ist nicht Bauernfängerei, das ist Betrug. Genau diese Bewertung können Sie ab sofort auch in Trustpilot mit einem einzigen Stern nachlesen.

Excellent product as well as excellent…
Excellent product as well as excellent customer service you won’t be sorry for doing business with them. My dogs loved the bed.. The customer service associates are very helpful and friendly..

Poor quality dog bed
Ordered a large and what I thought was an extremely fluffy bed for my 85 pound golden retriever. Bought it to help her joints, what I got was a barely fluffy bed, as soon as she laid down, it was flat. When received, it came in 4 sections that I had to figure out how to put in the bed casings. I say this because it was sewn inside and after 20 minutes I figured out that I had to push one of the cushions inside the sewn areas. That’s right! No instructions. The cushions are not full of fluffy material, it actually looks very sad. So now I’m going to have to purchase bedding fluff for a bed that I paid $180 dollars for. Done with these companies ripping people off with terrible quality items. Only good thing, it was shipped quickly.

Because they are vacuum-packed, it is normal for them to appear flat initially, and the inserts sometimes need a little adjustment once unpacked. This is the worst online purchase…
This is the worst online purchase experience I have had. The product was smaller and lacked stuffing, nothing like the photos. To return I had to vacuum back it, or it would cost$65.00. Waited 28 days and only got partial refund, no explanation. Waiting for a response as to why. Totally false advertising with their marketing of all 5 star reviews.

The bed had hardly any stuffing
Since my initial review I have increased the star rating to 3 star. I have accepted a full refund after being contacted directly by the CEO enquiring about my experience. I really appreciated and wasn’t expecting this follow up and it is great to see the company caring about their customers and how they can improve their service. I still had to chop up a large foam pillow to fill the bed out more for my elderly dog. And have now kept it. Being able to add additional filling via the built in zips is handy.
