came in pieces with no instructions on…
came in pieces with no instructions on how to assemble. the interior was 4 pieces, the cover had several baffles which divided it into 3 sections. no way to fill it properly. the stuffing in the pieces was not evenly distributed. the cover was otherwise nice

The Fluffy bed is perfect
The Fluffy bed is perfect, Otis loves being on it! Customer service was also top notch, will be purchasing another bed soon for another room.

Perfect name for a perfect dog bed
Perfect name for a perfect dog bed. Our doodle loves it. Skeptical at first but became irresistible.

The softness of the bed & the…
The softness of the bed & the orthopedic mattress are great; however, I would have purchased a medium or a large instead of a small for our Morkie.

The dog bed was exactly as represented…
The dog bed was exactly as represented in the photos and my dog really loves snuggling up in it. Shortly after placing my order, I saw some negative reviews stating that the quality of the material was poor and that there was a bad odor. I do not know whether those negative reviews were legitimate, but they certainly were not what I experienced.
