My Sugar loves a warm space to lay around on. Since I got this Mr Fluffy Sugar has not moved. She loves it and she puts her little toys in there with her. It helps Sugar with her anxiety separation when I'm gone. Good quality and its soft and warm. Fast delivery service. I'm happy I ordered, I will probably order another one in a couple of months to put under the bed.

The bed arrived fast and all 3 dogs are taking turns on it,but my Yorkshire Terrier has made it her choice at all times ,all 3 dogs fit on the bed, and at times they are all there. All are senior dogs as well.So we are loving it. Thank you.

I have been a return customer for quite some time and I’ve bought several items from Mr fluffy friend. I’ve been absolutely delighted with every single one and my dog loves them. He loves the calming bed, He loves the anxiety beds and he loves the anxiety blankets. They are so soft and so easy to clean they dry very quickly as well. In fact, I’d go as far as to say that I’ve never found a more comfortable beds or blankets for my dog than the Mr. Fluffy friend range. They come in large sizes big enough for my X-Racing Greyhound. I find them excellent value for money and I have found that the customer service is excellent and the goods are delivered very quickly.

VALORACION INICIAL: He querido ejercer mi derecho de desistimiento pero es inviable porque te obligan a enviar el paquete a China. El coste es tan elevado que no sale a cuenta (un 80% del valor de la compra). He expuesto el problema a atención al cliente y su respuesta es que procederán al reintegro cuando reciban el paquete en su sede. Hemos entrado en bucle. Sus respuestas són muy correctas (escritas por IA), pero no hay intención real de solucionar el problema. Después de un mes intentando llegar a un acuerdo, ya he puesto denuncia por fraude en Oficina de Consumo. ACTUALIZACIÓN: Después de poner denuncia ante consumo y de este comentario en Trustpilot, la empresa comunica una dirección de Alemania y eleva su oferta de reembolso del 15% al 30%. La dirección de Alemania no ofrece garantías (polígono industrial a nombre de un tercero y sin teléfono de contacto). Vista la situación no me arriesgo a perder más dinero haciendo una devolución a una dirección poco fiable y comunico la acceptación del reembolso del 30% porque no veo otra salida. Al cabo de pocos días, efectuan el reembolso del 30% (ese era su objetivo, devolverte solo una pequeña parte del coste). Me reafirmo que su política de devolución es fraudulenta. ACTUALIZACION: Finalmente, los responsables de la empresa contactaron conmigo para ofrecer sus disculpas y el reembolso integro del importe abonado. Ante esta situación retiro la denuncia de fraude y simplemente hago constar que el tiempo de respuesta de la empresa ha sido excesivo pero finalmente la solución ha sido satisfactoria.

Product is nothing like the pictures or description online. Tried leaving a review on their website and they never posted it. Also tried to initiate a return under there 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee and all I got was an automated email claiming I needed to let the product air out. They've never replied back with an way to return. Had to dispute the charge on my credit card. Terrible product and terrible customer service.

Was a repeat customer that they Screwed! Spent $300 for blanket & bed. Arrived poor quality. Shipped back to LA facility where it shipped. Never got refund. They emailed I need to get goods back from LA & mail to China! How about ship my goods back since I provided tracking? FRAUD! No help to get phone to get my goods back so I can. Total Scam company! Contacting the District Attorney of Arizona. Do Not buy!

Il est dommage de ne pouvoir mettre 0 étoile et même moins ! C'est une escroquerie. Je commande 2 "coussin orthopédique" pour 60 €. Je n'en reçois qu'un seul qui ne ressemble à rien de ce que l'on peut voir sur le site. C'est un carré épais d'environ 2 cm fabriqué évidemment en Chine et arrivé compressé. Cela doit coûter 3 € à la fabrication. Je n'avais encore jamais vu ça Evidemment aucun recours...
