MpixReviews of mpix.com

I’ve had a great experience with Mpix, not just once, but twice! When my photo orders arrived, it was clear that they were handled with great care. The packaging was secure, protective, and thoughtfully done, ensuring everything arrived in perfect condition. The photo quality is amazing! I’m extremely happy with my orders and will definitely be returning to Mpix for all of my future photo printing needs. 🙂

This company takes up to a month to ship. You 2 5x7 . I have never had a company take that long. It is sitting in new jersey since the beginning of the month and I am supposed to wait for a refund. I do not recommend them.

I just received two (2) fraudulent charges on my CC from MPIX. Just letting you know someone is billing people under your name...I spoke to MPIX/Sarah and we have sorted everything out. Thanks to MPIX/Trustpilot for facilitating !

This was my first time using Mpix. I had prints made of my son's graduation pictures for his party. And, by my mistake, I didn't change the position of the 8x10 photo, and part of the picture was missing. and needed it replaced. Because it was my 1st time ordering, Lori was gracious enough to send me a new, correct, version. And had it delivered to me in time for my party! She went above and beyond! The other photos I received were beautifully done. I highly recommend Mpix!

I have ordered a lot of things from MPIX since I found them. All of it have been stellar in quality, cost, and speed. Today I received my order that contained 1 8x10, 1 16x20 print and an 8x10 20 page album. They have once again nailed it. This is by far the most amazing stuff ive gotten from them so far. They have earned a permanent 5 star reviewer and a 5 star recommendation from me any time someone needs printing! !!!

I love the option of Giclee printing for my photos. This print method produces vibrant colors and depth. In addition, the “Deep Matte” paper is lovely for special images. Ordering is fairly easy and shipping methods/timeline are made clear at check-out.

I wanted to write a review to inform others of the issue I had. I ordered 5 photos for my art show and only 3 of them were of art show quality. The reason was due to improper sizing for the resolution. If the picture was reviewed by someone and saw the quality at that size wasn’t good, they should have contacted me. I would have paid the same amount for a smaller print that I could have used or they should have said the quality isn’t good enough to print. I could have edited more and sent another. Now I am only displaying 3 pictures at the show and honestly, 1 of the three isn’t art show quality but I have to use it. I am disappointed that customer service seems to be 0 now days. The two things I can say nice is I paid for 3 day shipping and it arrived on time and one of the pictures was of good quality. I probably will try to find a new place. Especially since I spent about $165. For the prints and can only use 3 of them.

Dear MPIX Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent order and the subsequent support I received. I paid $22.00 for next-day shipping, yet my order arrived five days late. When I contacted customer service to request a refund for the shipping costs or some form of resolution, I spoke with a representative named Phoebe. She was incredibly rude and dismissive of my concerns, offering no assistance other than saying she was sorry. The lack of care and the failure to meet delivery commitments is unacceptable. Given that I can receive better service and faster results at local retailers for a fraction of the cost, I expected much more from MPIX. I am requesting a full refund for the expedited shipping fee that was not honored. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.
