The photos usually come back okay. But I've had issues with them overexposed several times before. I've also ordered 100+ photos at a time and when I go through them, a lot of photos from my order are missing. Customer service isn't very helpful and their responses aren't very good either. I had a credit to use but couldn't use it with a promo code - you're only allowed to use one at a time. Because of their poor customer service and pricey photos, I'm not willing to give them my business. Their shipping is slow too.

I wanted to write a review to inform others of the issue I had. I ordered 5 photos for my art show and only 3 of them were of art show quality. The reason was due to improper sizing for the resolution. If the picture was reviewed by someone and saw the quality at that size wasn’t good, they should have contacted me. I would have paid the same amount for a smaller print that I could have used or they should have said the quality isn’t good enough to print. I could have edited more and sent another. Now I am only displaying 3 pictures at the show and honestly, 1 of the three isn’t art show quality but I have to use it. I am disappointed that customer service seems to be 0 now days. The two things I can say nice is I paid for 3 day shipping and it arrived on time and one of the pictures was of good quality. I probably will try to find a new place. Especially since I spent about $165. For the prints and can only use 3 of them.

I will say the quality of the prints I received were beautiful and high quality, matte finish look, thick paper compared to Walgreens, clear images except out of 92 prints 4 came out cropped out the faces and I chatted with online customer service, the girl was not very nice in my opinion, she proceeded to help me by charging me the photos again but would cover shipping, mind you it wasn’t a very expensive replacement, it was about $3. Your telling me, as a company and me as a first time customer (they knew) they can’t cover the cost of $3 especially when their prices are already on the high end compared to other companies. Please, I fought for that and told her I would rather just get a refund for the bad photos. She let me do it “this time”. I wasn’t a fan of how she just assumed to charge me for the photos again. No Thankyou. I don’t understand because I’ve read so many good customer reviews of this company, I’m wondering if I just got connected with someone not very helpful or nice. I will give them another try, I know with Shutterfly and Walgreens, they would always offer refund or replacements no questions asked ever! This place might be stingy. Who knows. I will give them another try and hope they do not cause problems.
