MpixReviews of mpix.com

After admiring metal photo pictures at a local farmer’s market, decided to do an online search to use my own photos and found Mpix which had great reviews. Just received my second metal picture. The quality, pricing and delivery is fantastic. It’s very easy to upload photos and place an order. Will definitely purchase again. I highly recommend!

I have ordered my professional family prints from mpix for years. The pictures always used to come packaged with a firm cardboard backing and a thin layer of foam wrapped tightly around the entire order so as to prevent any damage during shipping. The last 2 orders I've made the pictures have not had the firm backing or wrapping and what do you know...my beautiful 8x10 came bent in half. When you charge $9.99 shipping you better do it right! I'm so disappointed in this local company I was trying to support rather than going to Shutterfly. Just another company cutting costs and quality!!

I have ordered 24x36 prints a couple of times, and they have never been cut right. They always run big, and don't fit into my standard 24x36 frames without being trimmed. I have ordered all kinds of other products and print sizes from them that have been excellent. For some reason they can't seem to get the 24x36 right. Customer service basically said that it's not a problem unless it's 1/8" or more.

Unhappy with remedy offered for an order that was entered improperly. Certainly within their rights to offer what they did, but it wasn't enough for me to continue doing business with them. Should have gone with my initial instinct and worked with a local bricks and mortar business rather than deal with an impersonal online outfit. My bad. My waste of money.

The quality is amazing and very true to color. The shipping is fast and usually arrives within 3 days.

Terrible customer service. I still haven’t been contacted back when asked to be put in contact with a manager because the representative was so inconsiderate and unwilling to accommodate what I was already told would be done.

We gave them a dozen high quality, over 10mp, and half were blurry. They also cut heads off several pictures. We reached out to customer service and said they said theres nothing they can do. Horrible experience and terrible quality!

As a professional wildlife and nature photographer exhibiting at art shows throughout the Yellowstone region, I'm always looking for products that accurately represent the quality of my work. I recently ordered several metal prints from Mpix, and I couldn't be more impressed. The color accuracy, sharpness, and overall finish exceeded my expectations. The images have incredible depth and vibrancy, and the metal surface really brings wildlife and landscape photography to life. The craftsmanship was excellent, and every print arrived in perfect condition. The real test came at my most recent art show, where these metal prints became some of the first pieces to sell. Customers were immediately drawn to the brilliant color, clarity, and modern presentation. They sold so quickly that I'll be ordering more before my next event. If you're a photographer looking for a professional-quality metal print that truly showcases your work, I highly recommend Mpix. Their quality has earned a permanent place in my product lineup.
