Quality of products

The purchase experience was smooth and I appreciate bundle options that are not available at other retailers, but still at good sale pricing. The real negative was communication on shipping times and how long it took to get my order. It almost made the purchase not worth it.

Order has not been fully delivered, one article was set to be sent out by the end of August, mid September and no change im status. Support is also not answering.

I ordered four sim components over a month ago, and two of them are still weeks away from arriving. This has easily been one of the most frustrating online purchases I’ve ever made. At no point during the ordering process was I clearly informed that these parts were out of stock or that I should expect delays of this magnitude. My payment was taken immediately, yet more than a month later I still don’t have everything I paid for. I had events planned where I intended to have the simulator fully set up, and I’ve now missed those because the equipment still hasn’t arrived. Had I known the actual availability and expected delivery times before placing the order, I would have purchased elsewhere. At this point, if I could cancel the remaining order and get my money back, I would. Taking a customer’s money without clearly communicating that products are backordered for weeks or months is unacceptable. The communication and overall experience have been extremely disappointing.

Equipment failure after only a few months of use and no sign to uphold warranty, instead slow emailing asking me to send video after video for the past month wasting my time in hopes I forget about it I guess.

Olá equipa MOZA Racing, Quero começar por dizer que gosto muito dos produtos MOZA e que sou utilizador de vários equipamentos da marca. Atualmente tenho uma MOZA R9, MOZA Multi-function Stalks e a MOZA AB9 FFB Base. Sempre que possível, prefiro utilizar todo o ecossistema original da MOZA, tanto em hardware como em software, sem depender de programas ou plugins de terceiros. Gostaria de deixar uma sugestão relativamente à MOZA AB9 FFB Base e ao MOZA Pit House. Seria muito interessante adicionar mais opções de simulação relacionadas com a embraiagem e a caixa de velocidades. Por exemplo, uma opção que obrigasse a pressionar corretamente o pedal da embraiagem para conseguir engrenar uma mudança. Se o utilizador tentasse engrenar uma mudança sem pressionar suficientemente a embraiagem, a mudança poderia não entrar corretamente e poderia ser reproduzido o efeito/som de uma caixa a “arranhar”. Quanto menos corretamente fosse utilizada a embraiagem, mais evidente poderia ser esse efeito. Isto tornaria a experiência muito mais realista, principalmente para quem utiliza a MOZA AB9 FFB Base e procura uma simulação mais próxima do comportamento de uma caixa manual num veículo real. Sei que existem plugins e soluções externas que conseguem adicionar algumas destas funcionalidades. No entanto, pessoalmente não quero depender dessas soluções. Prefiro utilizar apenas software e hardware oficial da MOZA e ter todas estas opções integradas diretamente no MOZA Pit House. Tendo já vários equipamentos MOZA — R9, Multi-function Stalks e AB9 FFB Base — gostaria muito de ver o ecossistema MOZA evoluir neste sentido, com mais opções avançadas de configuração da embraiagem, mudanças e comportamento da transmissão. Acredito que estas funcionalidades poderiam aproveitar ainda melhor as capacidades da AB9 e tornar a experiência de condução manual consideravelmente mais realista, mantendo tudo dentro do ecossistema oficial MOZA. Espero que possam analisar e considerar estas sugestões para futuras atualizações do MOZA Pit House. Obrigado pelo vosso trabalho e por continuarem a desenvolver e melhorar o ecossistema MOZA.
