I just bought an R16 Ultra wheelbase from the Hong Kong site; I have to say I’m very happy with MOZA’s products, but DHL’s service is the absolute worst. On top of the $200 shipping fee, the company charged me an extra $200 for documentation fees—not including customs charges. I find this outrageous for consumers; I hope you take this into account and look into better courier options.

27 days ticket not resolved. been trying to get moza customer service to update the post code on my order for the best part of a month. i hve had to plead with the couriers to change the post code on deliveries repeatadly. most of wich are very reluctant to do so as the sender must do it. customer service is very unresponsive. I expect better when spending that amount of cash.

R5 has been fun, upgraded already, shipping process is a little slow, products have been great, idk if they are associated with mokarzone on Amazon but they customer service I received on that end was excellent

Ordered a refurbished R5 expecting a decent amount of cosmetic damage, but I was surprised by how little cosmetic damage there was, and the R5 itself is great, the FFB is plenty for the majority of people and games, tried it in rally, F1, and other racing sims and it was great. Delivery took a decent amount of time but I think it’s too be expected. A 5.5 Nm direct drive bundle for as cheap as it is is crazy to me

I thought this was a genuine website to order from, unfortunately I am not impressed, I received one item which was cheap but the expensive item has not arrived, I haven’t been able to track it, I went on the website to do a live chat at 4.10pm and it’s 5.46pm and no reply. Not happy with the lack of customer service. Will have to get onto my bank to get my money back for the missing item. Well I have dropped the star to 1 as it’s been over 24hours waiting for a reply in the live chat. Worst customer support ever, received an email telling me to do the live chat (really you don’t say) I have been waiting on the live chat for over 24 hours. PLEASE PLEASE DON’T GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CUSTOM TIME OR MONEY.
