Products are great, customer service needs an overhaul. I'm not sure it exists. I bought a ton of stuff and most showed without incident but the haptics were ordered 2 months ago and the order was confirmed but that is it, not been shipped and no reply on my correspondence.

Wir haben vor 1-2 Jahren eine Wheelbase R9 und das FSR Wheel (1. Gen) gekauft und das Lenkrad ist seit dem 11.10.2026 kaputt. Mitten im Spiel von Forza Horizon 6, ist es in den "Boot" Modus gewechselt und nimmt seitdem keine Firmware mehr an, was es somit nutzlos macht. (Ich habe Offline Updater, etc Versucht) Über die Qualität kann ich nur sagen, dass es sich wirklich gut anfasst :^)

What i like : Product i ordered look good and quality. What i dislike : One order took 1 full month to get shipped. Also i used the return once because i ordered wrong product. Shipping fees did not get refunded.

The unit itself is awesome. Putting it to get her is easy. insulation of software not so much. I had to delete several times before I could get the configure screens to work. None of the buttons work without manually adding them in DCS and the right DDI buttons will not add at all manually. The comm radio display will not light up. Whatever is supposed to go on in the background to put the programming in DCS is giving me a lot of difficulties. I've watched hours of review and instillation videos on you tube. I also messaged the help center and never heard back from anyone.

Delivery time was far to long and items came at different times. I was disappointed with that and it will make me look at alternative equipment in the future.

I still have problem with my order. It's still in Germany. And the problem at the DHL side. I created a ticket 2 weeks ago and posted an update 5 days ago but haven't got any response. Please find different shipping solutions and impove the ticket system.

The hardware is fine but the ordering process needs serious optimization. Waiting for days to weeks for a delivery update is not appreciated. If things take time for reasons, simply communicate it to customers.
