Moza may produce good products, but your logistics are terribly disorganized with no in transit visibility and bad status, bogus tracking numbers. Employees give out excuses and not results. It doesn't matter how good your products are if you cant deliver them. Your competition runs circles around you. Call me or email if you have questions.

I recently got into sim racing and honestly Moza had *almost* everything you will need for the sim. The hardware is solid They could improve on communication when there are shipping delays, and most gear ships from china at some point and that takes about 2 weeks. They could also improve some of the firmware implementation, but I get it firmware is hard. All in all, I'll probably stick with Moza because their hardware is solid and you can get in to the racing sim inexpensively.

Best sim racing shop atm probably. They have a lot of items that are cheap or expensive, you get what you pay for so if youwant something entry you can get it or if you want something more experienced, they also have it. The shipping could be just a bit better thats why i gave it 4 stars.

Délais de livraison non respectés 2 commandes récentes annoncées en stock pour une livraison nationale (3-7 jours de transit annoncé) et finalement, sans prévenir, commande expédiée depuis la chine avec 20j ouvrables de délai !! Attitude inacceptable et trompeuse de façon répétée.

***EDIT*** Now they have just said "Sorry, you missed the delivery window" Me, I missed it?? "We'll send you one in October.....By way of compensation have a 150 Moza points". Well, you can send them points where the sun doesn't shine. I'll never order again. ***EDIT*** Not a review of the Moza gear, (I've been happy with the quality of gear before) It's just the annoying practice of some of these very expensive items showing as in stock and available. So, I order a new wheel, new base etc. Wheel turns up, no base. Check website, still says in stock, check my order number, still says "getting this item ready" Yea, what a crock pot. I email em on the 10th Sep and they say, "we'll send it in 3 buisiness days" That's crock pot talk for "we still don't have stock yet but we'll bs our way through this". Knowing how they operate makes it pretty certain I wont be doing this again. Sort it out! Alex.

Probably the best racing shop atm for its price, because its on the newer side they just have less stuff but its insanely good.

Ordered on July 29th, and nothing has arrived. The only update from a month ago is that a shipment was initiated—"label created." Customer service is spouting total bullshit. I’m still trying to cancel the order. No Moza product is making it onto my desk or rig.

Bough the new R5 Pro Overall the experience was good - recieved my order quickly and in one piece. The only downsides was the fact that they did not send tracking information when the package was sent, but that is a minor issue. The quality of the bundle is amazing, enjoying driving with it very much.
