Great products at a great price. Most of my order arrived within days, but 1 item took a couple of weeks. It wasn't obvious during the order process which products would be shipping quickly and which had delays. I was however notified that it had been shipped and again on the day of delivery. Overall I am a happy customer.

Overall zero complaints except moza pit house is very buggy time to time. The software is definitely the lacking area but all else is perfect

I am now committed to running all things Moza. I currently have the AY210 with the standard Yoke, and the MTQ Throttle Quadrant for flight simming. Once you get these dialed in they are a dream to have. My one and only complaint is the lack of automated binding. Many products in this space are plug and play and automatically assign controls.

Overall, the experience is very positive. The setup instructions could be improved, as certain steps are unclear, but the product service itself is excellent.

I have quite a few Moza Racing products, they've all been great and I'm really happy with the R12 DD base and FSR2 wheel, the haptics pedal additions have been surprisingly immersive.

I AM NOT AN EX CUSTOMER OR PLAN TO BE AN EX CUSTOMER- THE MOZA PRODUCTS ARE FANTASTIC. I ONLY HAVE ISSUES WITH SHIPPING AND INFOMATION ABOUT SHIPPNG. TRUSTPILOT INSERTED THE "EX", I DIDN'T- MAYBE I'M AN EX TRUSTPILOT CUSTOMER??? Short and sweet- the products are AMAZING and I have nothing but praise- BUT The entire shipping experience is TERRIBLE! I ordered more gear (bringing my total spent at MOZA in last year to WELL OVER 1000$ US I ordered on the 2nd of Oct, here it is the 17th, I was told 'out for delivery' on the 14th- NOTHING, NADA, not a peep. It seems every time I order from MOZA it is the same thing- I am out in the dark, I have no idea where the gear is shipping from, they have no idea when I could actually get the gear and they just NEED to be better at this.

The order was sorted out well and the controller is excellent. Had to wait 2 months though!

Overall very good time with the R5 bundle I got 3 years ago that is still going strong. Recently I brought the KS Pro wheel and while it has been very good, it does rattle a bit in high frequency vibrations which for such a premium product I have been a bit disappointed by. The software is very good but does have some bugs in my experience. If I exit the app it sometimes leaves an image of the loading screen stuck on my second monitor that won’t go away without restarting my pc (even when I end the task in task manager)
