The Opal GroupReviews of movrr.co

Found myself in a crunch in New York City with very few contacts and needed notary services ASAP. The Opal Group responded immediately to my online request, found out my particular needs and dispatched a professional notary and witness within 1 hour to my location. They were very polite, professional, knowledgeable and highly qualified. It was such a great relief to have their prompt efficient service so I could send off my documents and relax the remainder of the day. Highly recommend them for anyone needing online notaries.

Lynn was absolutely outstanding. She truly took the time to explain the whole process to me. Also with the drafting of the Poa. I will be call this to reschedule my appointment because I had to cancel and already paid. Thank again for experience and knowledge Sean Moore

I cancelled the services and you charged me. I called and asked for the refund and you never reply and the charge went to my account. You were very dishonest.

I canceled my plan as you have not provided any work but you still charged my account.

They cancelled our appointment two times. Then when he came, I paid for a witness, and he didn't even know he was supposed to have one. I had to call some friends to hurry over to sign the paperwork. The notary person was great. Very understanding and concerned. Your company is the one who messed up!

You read reviews all the time and wonder if it's just all smoke and mirrors. I'm telling you these guys/ladies are absolutely 100% here for you. No matter what time of day (and it was pretty late)This is how you run a business.. I want too say Thank you Opal Group for taking care of me and my family. I will use and recommend you to everyone I know.

I did a job for them as a notary and am fighting to get paid. They are now not answering my emails or texts.

Totally responsive and efficient.
