Very disorganized. I was contacted by The Opal Group inquiring if I was available the next day. I took the assignment and confirmed time/place. A 2nd employee from Opal Group texted me at 4:30AM the day of appt to confirm. Once the assignment was completed, I texted the outcome to the 2nd person and received a text back asking if I had arrived to appt yet. Then they asked if the documents had been delivered. Again, I already answered that in the text I sent with assignment details to this same person after job was completed. Then 3rd person texts me 2 hours after appt was over, asking if I’m on my way to the appt. I told them I was there 2 hours ago and provided same details of how it went and they say “Hold on, we will call you now.” I never did hear from them. Then came trying to get paid…. Several calls & emails later (all auto replied with no contact persons name) until I finally called and got the owner - Payment was processed immediately.

First, I would like to say thank you for the opportunity that was provided to me to complete a notarization for the clients. Scheduling the appointment was easy as well as accepting the appointment. However, when I received the call to confirm that I will be on time for the notarization the individual who called had an attitude and was rude. When I completed the assignment, I gave customer service a call to confirm and to ensure the documents were correct before leaving the clients home. However, my questions were not answered via phone call nor text. Being a notary and using your platform for the first time, I was unaware of your process and would have appreciated more support during the appointment.

I performed a notary act for Opal Group and was not paid in a timely manner. After I posted an unfavorable review, I was paid.

Notary was a no show and we didn't receive communication. We had to proactively call the company to find this out. Eventually we rescheduled to later that day and found out there was an emergency but it didn't change the experience.

You told me you could get the signing done same day, which is a big reason I went with you and paid, then and you then cancelled an hour before. Then I never received a call the day before the rescheduled day confirming what time the notary arrive and had to call myself. Then they told me she would be here at 4:00 but she showed up at 3:45 overall just terrible communication

It's been 11 business days and I still haven't received my refund of $135.20 I provided all necessary information as needed by email while on the phone with agent including the invoice.

Had to cancel the appointment 6hr before appointment because the buyer had an emergency. So i didn't use the service have not received my refund yet .6-2-2023

I CALLED OPAL TO GET A VERY URGENT SAME DAY NOTIFICATION .I WAS HAPPY WHEN THEY OFFERED ME 11.30 AM . THEY CALLED AND ASKED IF IT CAN BE LATER IN THE THE DAY AND I SAID YES AS LONG AS I MAKE THE 3PM FEDEX DEADLINE. THE AGENT WAS AN HOUR LATE AND I MISSED THE DEADLINE. WAS A WASTE OF MONEY.
