It was fast and friendly. Very reliable and the communication was spot on!!

I had to cancel service before the notary was sent out. I have not received my refund that I requested last week. I am still awaiting that refund request for no services rendered. Please send refund immediately. It was requested for me to send an email request and that was done last Wednesday the 27th, 2023.

This company is a joke! They are trying to charge $150 for a SINGLE notarized signature and two witness signatures! The cost allowed by the state of NV is only $15 for a notarized signature and travel fee which would $45 plus travel. So they are trying to charge $105 travel fee?! Get out of here! Nevada notary law permits a maximum travel fee rate of $15 per hour ($10 per hour for an electronic notarization) for travel between the hours of 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. or $30 per hour ($25 per hour for an electronic notarization) for travel between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. The Nevada Notary may charge a minimum of two hours for such travel and must charge on a pro-rata basis after the first two hours.

The Specialist was friendly and very professional

The lady at the desk said they would notarized them but when the notary got here she refused to do it .Very unproffesional

Notary could not provide the service requested, even though I verified on the phone the they could. Requested a refund 5 business days ago, still have not received it.

They don't tell people it's non refundable.
