They were excellent in communication, and the Mobile Notary arrived on time, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company, The Opal Group. I will utilize their services in the future no doubt, if I have need for a Mobile Notary again.

The notary never showed up. He canceled and instead of pass ing that information on to me, they rescheduled it. We waited an hour and still no notary. It has been a week plus and I yet to receive my refund of $90. SAVE TIME AND STRESS AND DRIVE TO YOUR LOCAL NOTARY.

Had I not called from signing location 10 minutes before appointment I’d be in big trouble. They cancelled the appt less than 5 minutes before hand in 115 degree heat as I was outside waiting for the notary. To their credit, notary arrived 45 mins later. Notary fixed an issue providing an additional document. Will confirm sooner next time.
