MoveUReviews of moveu.com

Excellent program on so many levels. Concerned about the price? Just do it, best investment you will make in yourself.

MoveU offers something unique and invaluable - an alternative to ineffective pills, injections that untilmately make an injury worse, and risky and complicated surgeries. It is something most people want badly. MoveU gives people this alternative, and within its solutions for the myriad of physical challenges people face, they also provide guidance for every person and how they can be better and feel better through proper movement, posture and training. They give people the ability to have control over their body and show them how to tackle the root cause(s) of problems instead of treating the symptoms as you usually see in modern medicine. Their sincerity and passion for helping people is awe-inspiring. I’d recommend their help to anybody - injured or not.

Educational, Informative, humbled and funny. I'm glad to be a part of the MoveU Family.

Very informative and Entertaining too !! Should have an special episode on Rock Climbing and related injuries

Running out of superlatives! This program been nothing short of a revelation to me. My story is that I've been sedentary and lacked proper posture. My shoulders would hurt when I played the guitar and my back and knees would hurt when I played soccer. When I started working on the movements in the program, I realized how various motions are connected, how some muscles are overworked and underworked. Most programs teach you stuff, but this one inspires a positive change in attitude. Connecting me to a community of other MoveU-ers was also an important and rewarding aspect of the entire MoveU experience.

This program has helped me to take control of my body and become more self aware of why I may have some discomforts in certain positions when maintained for extended periods of time!

Great quality products. Love all of their posts.

MoveU has given me the tools to correct my imbalances and come out stronger than I was when I started. Learning to listen to my body and take ownership of my movement and strength is incredible. The improvements are small but steady and it’s easy to see and feel the progress that takes place.
