1. Program mainly run by “movement coach” someone who holds no credentials , no professional background in PT or schooling to support such a title 2. Run mainly through Facebook private forum 3. Poor communication about so called coaching calls ; this is another Facebook group YOU must request permission to join. 4. You must be open to posting video in private Facebook community where your postures are analyzed by mostly your “peers” and “movement coach”. Privacy is limited as anyone can save videos or view them. If your not comfortable with this as I was not; your paying 700 dollars for a serious of stretches and exercises with no professional guidance as to weather or not your doing them correctly or not. This program is essentialy a great way for creators to make passive income. Are they smart!!! Yes. Love their mindset and approach but stick with videos and follow on Facebook. Your not getting that through this program.

Love ❤️ I was a little worried at first due to some language used on Instagram (very funny) due to me having a small child attached at my hip 😂 but I was pleasantly surprised that the program is very professional!

They have videos on everything and are always fun and engaging!

Anyone dealing with any sort of chronic pain regardless of where the pain is, needs to jump on this program ASAP.. After trying physiotherapy, chiro, low back specialists etc.. Nothing worked! Moveu was the game changer ! I’m only 45 days into the program and I’ve made more progression in those 45 days than I had in 14 months! Not only have I reduced my pain but I have also completely changed my mindset! The coaches put a lot of effort into there customers ! If you think you’ve tried everything and your still not getting anywhere! Don’t lose hope! I was exactly the same! Until I made the decision to invest in the Moveu program! Don't be like me. My job is literally a Corrective Exercise Specialist. NASM, FMS, Functional Patterns. There isn't a certification, workshop or workout program out there that is as thorough and comprehensive as the Forever Fix Program. For the last year I thought I was smart enough to fix myself from their Instagram posts. I'm not, and I live and breathe this stuff so that for sure means you're probably not. It will only push your symptoms down the road until you cant ignore them anymore. Then it will take even longer to heal because you haven't been moving right all that time. I bought the program 3 weeks ago and have had more relief in 3 weeks than the previous 3 years. Invest in yourself and this program. The Facebook Group alone is worth the money having an army of people analyzing your every move. I'm literally begging you don't waste any more time. Learn how to fix yo sh!t so you can get back to living your life!

Everyone in the world should do this program. If you're on the fence, just bite the bullet and do it. Taking control of your body and your life will help you let go of any fears and leave you feeling more empowered than ever.
