High informative program that will help you think outside the box. Covers topics that you won't find in any textbook. They are a funny gang and outgoing. Keep it up

So helpful! Been through it all; doctors, X-rays, pills, therapy, massage, stretching, chiropractor, videos, books! I’m sure I have left something out. Finally info relevant and helpful. Breaks it down and gets it done with teaching and tutorials. Funny LOL moments and Katie is such a great instructor. Awesome stuff

What a great review! We can't tell you how many introductions in our community begin with, "I've tried everything!" We hear the same story over and over and we love it when people realize that the knowledge they gain in the program will give them the opportunity to Fix Their OWN Sh*t!! We build awareness of good alignment and provide instruction on how to maintain it and strengthen around it to hold it in place. Coach Katie is great and we are so glad you are finding the program helpful! The MoveU Team

I did the program before in 2019 and liked it overall, but it was moving a bit slow for what I wanted (was getting ready for my wedding). Revisited it now where I am not on a deadline and okay with slower development, but find myself very bored. Sticking to it and trying to be positive, but not loving it. I was hoping the workouts would be a bit more motivating. One of my PT's put exercise as the cupcake for doing the ground work and that worked for me. The videos have great visuals (muscle groups) and comparisons (the truck stuck out), but I would like them to cut to the chase a bit more with less effects.

Hmm. We are a bit confused because you note that you find yourself bored, but also say that we have great visuals, but that you'd like fewer effects. We strive to produce content that has great value to everyone from the least body aware to the most. We hope you will agree that the sheer volume of content and knowledge for a low monthly fee is a fantastic value. We are surprised to see a 2 star review and hope that our future programs will warrant a change of heart. We work very hard to provide something for everyone from content, to community, to fitness to entertainment. We are sorry to hear we've fallen short in your eyes. The MoveU Team

Just getting into the swing of things. Got through all the podcasts and I love how straightforward, honest, non-sugarcoated, and REAL they are. You can trust what’s being said as Dr. Mike has walked the walk and has the experience necessary to be trusted. I might not be far enough into the program, or I just missed the obvious, but when it comes to the exercises in the videos I hear “Do this move for a few seconds, then relax.” Or something similar to that. But how many times are we supposed to do these exercises? How many reps? How often per week? Do we integrate it with all of the exercises for a particular check point? Like I said, just starting out. I’m sure the answer is in there somewhere. Thank you for taking the time to create such a practical program for everyone who needs it. Which is everyone!

Hi Kirsten and welcome! Both the Total Body Program and the Low Back & Core Program have listed workouts. We have a calendar and follow along workouts for LB&C and written workouts for Total Body. In addition, we offer follow along workouts for the Total Body Program in our Community group. Have you joined the groups yet? That is where the magic happens. There is a TON of information to discover and explore in the program. We hope you continue to enjoy delving into it! The MoveU Team
