I recently got the Composite SUP Board Long SUP LTE Surf Line from move-sea.com, and I'm super happy with it. First off, the consultant there was super helpful in helping me pick the right board for my needs. The delivery was lightning-fast, and it arrived in perfect condition. Now, about the board—it's a dream on the water. So stable and easy to control, whether you're a beginner or experienced. It's built to last and looks great, too. Sure, it's not the cheapest, but the quality and performance make it worth every penny. I'm giving it a solid 5 stars.

It was my first time buying from Movesea, and I must say, it was a really good experience! The website was super easy to navigate, and I found exactly what I was looking for quickly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great range of products and fast delivery.

Acquistato un Air Buddy sul loro sito ad Agosto, a quel tempo era in stock. Dopo un mese senza nessuna notizia della spedizione scrivo per ricevere informazioni e mi viene detto che ci sono ritardi a causa dei tanti ordini estivi e del personale in ferie. Attendo quindi un’altro mese sempre senza ricevere nessuna notizia e richiedo nuove notizie sullo stato del mio ordine. Mi viene detto che sono in attesa di una spedizione di nuove batterie ma che ci sono ritardi e che mi ricontatteranno a breve con info sulla spedizione. Nessuna notizia per diverse settimane. Quindi ricontatto per sapere se sono arrivate le batterie, mi viene risposto che devono chiedere all’ufficio acquisti e mi ricontatteranno fra 3 giorni. Passano 2 settimane senza notizie così decido di contattare direttamente la Air Buddy che mi scrive che hanno parecchie batterie pronte per la distribuzione ma nessun ordine da Move Sea da Luglio e che, avendo ricevuto altre lamentele simili, hanno deciso di cessare la collaborazione con loro. A fronte di queste notizie, molto preoccupato chiedo spiegazioni e l’annullamento dell’ordine a MoveSea. Non mi hanno più risposto. Sconsiglio vivamente di avere a che fare con loro, o perlomeno di ordinare prodotti della AirBuddy da loro nonostante ce li abbiano ancora a listino.

I recently bought the Underwater Scooter Manta Hyper Go-Go from move-sea.com, and it's been a blast. This scooter makes diving a breeze. It's powerful enough to handle currents and keeps up with me. Only slight speed drop when the battery's low. Impressive battery life, lasting about an hour. Easy to recharge between dives. Solid build, no corrosion issues. LED battery indicator is handy. Compact size for easy transport. User-friendly controls, responsive handling. Could use a more detailed manual. Overall, the ""Underwater Scooter Manta Hyper Go-Go"" adds excitement to dives and is reliable. A bit pricey, but great for diving enthusiasts.

I ordered a sea scooter on 11/08/23, ( order number UK12221234) scooter arrived, 22/08/23, I emailed informing movesea there was a fault with both batteries and they weren't holding there charge, they responded asking me for more details and a video of the problem, which I sent, this problem went back and forwards for some weeks and was never resolved. I requested a return labels and returned the item, UPS confirmed delivery on 29/09/23, since then Movesea have ignored by emails chasing my refund. They are an unscrupulous and there actions tantamount to stealing.I am now owed £1,293.15

Do not buy from this company, You won't see your item. Or a refund, I've reported them to.my banks fraud department. Stay well away

Огромная благодарность компании move-sea и всему персоналу за компетентность и решения моей проблемы. Мой аппарат хапнул песка в прибрежной зоне и перестал подавать кислород. Обратился к компании с данной проблемой. На что компания отреагировала моментально. Аппарат был послан на экспертизу что и показало данную проблему .Я получил взамен совершенно новый аппарат с быстрой доставкой. Выношу благодарность всему персоналу компании.
