We moved into a new office space and had Mountain Alarm recommended to us. They were excellent to work with - knowledgeable, professional, and great support - both on the sales and implementation. Very happy with the system and the continued support.

WE FELT IN GOOD HANDS IN BOTH THE ORIGINAL CONTACT PHASE OF OUR DEALINGS WITH YOUR COMPANY AND THE PERSON WHO DID THE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETE IN THE INSTALLATION AND THE EXPLANTION OF USING THE SYSTEM BEFORE HE LEFT. THANKS FOR HAVING SUCH NICE PEOPLE TO REPRESENT YOU...AND MERRY CHRISTMAS.

We hoped for the best with our first alarm service they exceeded that hope every step of the way That is the salesman was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The installer was timely and competent follow up service calls we made to the alarm center were handled patiently as we worked our way through learning the system. They get my stamp of approval.

They took over our monitoring after being with another company for many years. They did whatever it took to be sure our equipment worked, all at their cost. Their service is faster and better and we have found a company to stay with for life.
