MotoPressReviews of motopress.com

We have been using the Hotel booking plugin and other of their addons for 5 years and are very satisfied with the functionality and support provided. The website continues to achieve between 40-50% direct bookings (other OTA channels the rest). A recent improvement to the availability calendar with some custom CSS makes the availability calendar even better (due to our min stay being 2 nights) and Eugene provided this CSS for us. We simply had to copy and paste it. Excellent personal service and above and beyond what most other suppliers offer. If you are considering a plugin which allows customers to book direct which is simple and easy to use; yet customisable to your own business needs, then we can wholeheartedly recommend MotoPress.

L'extension de réservation propose un rapport qualité / prix intéressant. L'équipe du support est joignable et coopérative. Il manque encore quelques fonctionnalités importantes pour passer un cap important mais elle répond déjà à pas mal de besoins.

I purchased a plugin from MotoPress and contacted their customer support via live chat. The experience was excellent — fast responses, clear explanations, and they genuinely worked to solve my issue. They provided true 5-star support service. It’s rare to find a team this professional and helpful. I highly recommend MotoPress to anyone looking for reliable products and outstanding customer care.

Very fast helpdesk, good initiatives; find a solution

I am already many years the client and am fully satisfied with the product-web site, and the customer service always answers in the fastest possible time and is carefully at your disposal until the query is resolved.

I have contacted MotoPress three times over the last few years for help. We have a unique application where we manage bunk bookings for a ski house with 60 bunks. Andre has helped me to customize Hotel Bookings to meet our unique needs. He is fast at responding and keeps working the issue until the customer is satisfied. He has also offered some very creative solutions that I would never have thought of. THANK YOU ANDRE!

You know, I wanna support the little guy but not when customer service is this patronising. They fail to see that their value is primarily in their cost when compared to Siteminder, Little Hotelier, etc.
