MotoPressReviews of motopress.com

Hotel Booking seemed like the best solution for our project, and that’s definitely proven to be the case. I had just two minor adjustments I needed help with, so I reached out to support, and they found a solution for me. I therefore recommend this solution to anyone who needs to set up a bed-and-breakfast booking service.

Thank you very much, André, for your outstanding support and professionalism 🙏 It was truly impressive how you handled and resolved the issue so efficiently. Your expertise and dedication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate your help 🙏 amazing work!

I’ve had an excellent experience with the MotoPress Hotel Booking support team. I encountered a very annoying issue and opened a support ticket. Eugene was incredibly I’ve had an excellent experience with the MotoPress Hotel Booking support team. I encountered an issue that was related to the hosting provider and a small bug in the software. They were both handled in the same ticket. Eugene was incredibly responsive and handled both issues. I would recommend the plug-in.

Service excellent, très professionnel

I purchased the MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin for my B&B with 5 rooms, expecting it to help manage bookings across platforms like Booking.com. The plugin does support iCalendar synchronization, but what is not clearly communicated is that this is not real-time synchronization. In practice, updates happen with delays (e.g. every 15 minutes), which creates a real risk of double bookings for multi-room properties. For a small accommodation business, this limitation is critical and makes the plugin difficult to use reliably in a real-world environment. This important aspect should be much clearer before purchase. In addition, when I raised my concerns and requested a refund, support was not helpful in finding a practical solution. Instead, the response focused mainly on why the refund would not be granted, rather than addressing the usability issue for my specific case. While the plugin may work for very simple setups, I would not recommend it for properties that require reliable, near real-time synchronization across multiple booking platforms. I believe more transparency about the limitations of iCalendar sync would help customers make a better-informed decision.

Merci à Eugène de l'équipe Motopress qui a su me guider pour la plateforme réservation, il a su résoudre tous mes problème avec une grande patience, très bon plugin de réservation et super équipe d'assistance !

You better PRAY that it can actually do what you want it to do. Because if not, there is NO REFUNDS. And when you say what you understood it could do, they RUDELY state that it never could and no refund can be given. This is the most WILD company I have ever seen. The only people who won't refund for something like this is someone who knows its terrible... Had so much hope for them, but the plugin is insanely slow, and doesn't do half of what you think it can do.

I was helped quickly
