I am a 55+ woman with all sorts of problems and on top being anxiety then trouble sleeping. Well after doing a lot of research for myself I received an email talking about the weighted blanket used not only for autism but also quite a few other things. After a few days I decided to go for it and I went for a 16 pound Minky which is a very soft but also weighted just for me. As soon as I wrapped myself up in it I was content and now I can not sleep without it. Now, mind you I live in the East Coast and the weather has been brutal but no matter what even if it's just a corner I have to have my blanket.....my granddaughter tried to talk me into borrowing it and I knew I would never see it and NO was all that came out of my mouth. I love, love and love my blanket and it's made with great quality. Check one out, the stitching is incredible and yes my blanket is a bit weighted I can't be without it.

My daughter absolutely loves her weighted blanket! She has ADHD, Dyslexia, Anxiety, & CAPD. She sleeps with her blanket every night! she is actually sleeping all night now. Before, she was not. She would wake up off and on. Her mosaic weighted blanket has been great! I am very pleased!

This was a great find. I saw other Mosaic Weighted Blankets out there, but only this company promised to get it shipped to me right away. I also liked the color and pattern selection. Best yet -- it worked GREAT, as advertised. I remember my SKEPTICAL sleep-deprived son pulling it over him when I first took it out of the box. Almost immediately he cried "ahhh, I feel sleepy now", and went straight down for a deep calming nap. It worked every night after that. This is an important find for our strategies to help him sleep. The other -- we recently found a therapy hypnotist to help him get rid of some subconscious fears from early childhood. Between these two things he IS sleeping great now.

The blankets are beautiful and well made. I use it in my private yoga to help people calm down. These blankets are wonderful.

I read through the information that was provided and knew when I bought the blanket that I could not return it. I took the information about what weight to buy for an average adult that was suggested. It is so heavy I cannot lift it to cover up. I have fibromyalgia and love to be nested in with pillows all around me. I read that a weighted blanket has proven to help some people with fibromyalgia. I cannot tell because the blanket is folded up on a chair.
