My weighted blanket came to me with large black stains on it. I tried many methods to reach someone. I finally got a response email with fraudulent return mailing info. No one answers the phone. There was also a very large metal pipe fitting in the box. It also did not have a shipping or packing list. 10-18 I returned from out of state to find a replacement blanket. It was not the same color but it is clean. I have a mosaic blanket that I have had for many years and I absolutely love it and was hoping this experience would be the same. They need to work on customer service skills. I am satisfied with the attempt to rectify the situation.

I recently bought my son a weighted blanket from Mosaic Weighted Blankets. He loves the minecraft themed fabric and I think he is sleeping better. It is worth the money in my opinion. The only minor negatives I have is that it can be a little noisy when it's moved around and it takes a long time to air dry. We pre-wash all new fabric items that are washable and he was very excited to have the new blanket and not so excited he had to wait, lol. Order #54073

I really love my blanket. The only improvement I can think of is to make the pellet chambers smaller so that the weight is more evenly distributed.

I really like this blanket. I definitely recommend having this larger size. The only thing that I would recommend is that whatever weight you then know would be good, go up one more weight. I got 18 pounds for a full size when for a small I would get 13 pounds and I feel like the 18 is still just a bit too light. other than that I adore this blanket.

I purchased a Mosaic weighted blanket for my disabled son who has trouble falling asleep & staying asleep. His lack of sleep is thought to be a contributing factor to his seizure activity. I went with Mosaic as they had the best reviews & because they say it can be washed which is a must for using it with my son. I did balk at the price a bit but the price seems to be in line with other weighted blankets with lesser reviews & non washable, so while I still think it's expensive it's value for money in it's market. It took my son a few nights to get used to it & it would end up on the floor but with in a week I noticed a difference. He stays in bed, falls asleep faster & sleeps a bit longer, as long as it stays on him. It does slide off periodically but I don't see that as a fixable problem from a manufacturer point of view- it's merely physics. I have not yet washed it but it does appear to be very well made. If I manage to successfully wash it my rating will go up to 5 stars- but as of yet I can't review that.

Colors and cost You have a great selection of colors and your prices are similar to other companies. I am now sleeping so much better; the blanket helps me feel safe and more comfortable. Suggestions to make your company better: Your return policy is terrible...7 days? If it's going to be that short, the least you could do is provide a return shipping label. I think you could get a lot more business if you paid for shipping, not all shipping options, just the lowest one. The blanket itself is expensive, but worth it.
